If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know.  Unless faulty,

we'd like this to be within 30 days of purchase.

Ordinarily, if you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original

debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

Depending on the size of the parcel we either use Hermes, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, UK mail or Royal Mail.


For Standard UK Delivery please allow 2 - 10 working days for your order to arrive.

 

Our standard delivery charge for UK addresses is £6.95.

How do I track my order?

A tracking reference will be provided on purchase.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you're not, return the item with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.

It can take up to 7 days from you returning the item to receive your refund, but if you return your order directly into our shop we'll process your refund straight away.

Please return the unused product to us within 30 days of receiving your order to the below address.  Once returned, we will refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.  We would recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us.

We recommend using the online courier comparison site parcel2go to arrange a courier service to return larger items back to us.
